Private project access

Portrait projects, subject details, and uploaded reference photos are stored privately and are available only through the account that created them.

AI processing

When portrait generation is enabled in a later batch, customer photos and project details may be sent to third-party AI processing providers so they can help create requested artwork. Generation is not enabled in Batch 1.

Planned retention

Our intended policy is to delete original customer photos 90 days after an order ships, or 30 days after an abandoned project. Automated deletion is planned for Batch 2 and is not active yet.

Early-list signups

If you join the early list, we store your email and consent record for launch updates. The signup flow does not promise a confirmation email.
